Partial Metal Dentures

Removable partial dentures are for patients who are missing some of their teeth on a particular arch. There are significant differences between the types of partials available. Acrylic Dentures are cost effective and simple solutions for missing teeth. Cast metal dentures are more precise, stronger and longer lasting. Partial dentures do not harm remaining natural teeth but are designed to be removable and recommend to remove nightly to contribute to a healthy oral environment.

Implant Retained Dentures

Conventional dentures can sometimes cause forces to be distributed unevenly or not distributed at all, which can cause the jaw bone to gradually shrink in size. Unlike such, the implants distribute the forces generated by chewing and grinding evenly across the jawbone and do not pressure on the gum’s surface. Each denture tooth contributes to the overall action of chewing, ensuring the remaining proportions of the jaw stay in place. This option will allow you to have a beautiful, natural looking smile with a bite comparable to natural teeth – ultimately boosting your self-confidence.

Sports Mouth Guards

Mouthguards are coverings worn over teeth, and often used to protect teeth from injury from teeth grinding and during sports. Our custom-fitted mouth guards are individually designed and by dental prosthetists. First, takes an impression of your teeth and a mouth guard is then molded over the model using a special material. Due to the use of the special material and because of the extra time and work involved, this custom-made mouth guard is more expensive than the other types, but it provides the most comfort and protection.

Repair of Broken Dentures

Most repairs can easily be done in one day. If your denture requires a repair, it may be indicative of underlying problems, including age of the denture, worn teeth, or poor fit. In most cases, our dental prosthetists can restore an existing broken or cracked denture. Repairs may be required when breakage or chipping occurs, when one or more teeth need to be added to an existing denture (due to tooth extraction), or because of wear and tear.
